This wine is a big, full-bodied blend of 100% Kentucky Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that was barrel aged 18 months. It has aromas of spice, dark plum, black current and blackberries that carry through on the palate. It finishes with firm tannins and a long aftertaste. Try it with grilled or sautéed beef or with game meats like venison or elk.
